  • project overview

Robertson served as the design-builder on the restoration of the historic Granville Inn located in downtown Granville, Ohio. The landmark facility was purchased by Denison University with the intent to modernize the building infrastructure and increase the number guest rooms by fifty percent. The primary building facades were restored within historic preservation guidelines and the u-shaped building plan facilitated significant upgrades to the inward facing courtyard. The total restoration addressed thirty-nine rooms, forty-five beds, and increased the ballroom and conference spaces.
