Construction Estimator / Special Projects
As a Commercial/Industrial Construction Estimator/Special Projects with Robertson Construction Services, you will play a vital role in estimating and managing the budgets of specialized projects across Ohio. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative team of project managers, engineers, superintendents, and clients to assess costs and develop proposals that align with our high standards for quality and client satisfaction.
- Estimate costs: You will analyze blueprints, plans, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Collaborate: Work closely with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and the rest of the team to define project scope, timelines, and resources.
- Value engineering: Help identify ways to optimize costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Prepare bid proposals: Assist in creating competitive and comprehensive bids for potential projects.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors: Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure favorable pricing.
