Robertson Construction is a leading commercial and industrial construction firm in Central Ohio, delivering high-quality projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate jackhammers, pumps, loaders, concrete saws and mixers, hammer drills, ride-on trowel machines and walk-behind trowel machines
• Install footers, form panels, sidewalks, slab-on-grade-concrete, control joints and site preparation
• Operate hand and power tools safely; follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Support site logistics including material handling, storage, cleanup, and housekeeping
• Travel to project sites as required, including occasional overnight travel

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5 year’s experience in concrete finishing or heavy construction preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, grades, elevations, and measurements
• Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, reinforcement, and curing techniques
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in varying weather conditions, and perform strenuous activity in confined spaces when necessary
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report 

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification
• Demonstrated competencies in communication, teamwork, and client focus
