Lead overall special project execution—budget, schedule, resources, contracts, and client relationships—to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from start to finish, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports; ensure projected vs. actual alignment
- Create and maintain CPM schedules and look-ahead; drive critical path activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
- Maintain safety and quality standards; coach teams and cultivate client relationships
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, disputes, and claims; drive continuous improvement
- Support digital project management and documentation using software tools (Viewpoint, Primavera, Microsoft programs, etc.)
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 7-10 years of construction PM experience with strong knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects, manage budgets/schedules, and supervise diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to motivate under pressure
- Ability to perform site visits and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent technical training and experience)
- Commercial or industrial construction experience
- Experience anticipating and solving project challenges proactively
- Proficiency with PM software: Bluebeam, (e.g., ProjectSight) and schedule tools (e.g., Primavera)
