Healthcare Project Manager
Lead overall project execution—budget, schedule, resources, contracts, and client relationships—to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects to quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in healthcare construction and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulations associated with inpatient acute care hospital projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Own project delivery from notice-to-proceed through closeout with minimal supervision
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports; ensure projected vs. actual alignment
- Create and maintain CPM schedules and look-aheads; drive critical path activities
- Lead procurement strategy: scope development, bid leveling, subcontract negotiation, and award
- Oversee documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, punch lists, LEED)
- Manage pay applications, compliance docs, and subcontractor performance
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, disputes, and claims; drive continuous improvement
- Maintain safety and quality standards; coach teams and cultivate client relationships
- Mentor staff (Project Engineers, Administrators, Superintendents, Foremen, Field Employees, Estimators)
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent technical training and experience)
- 5-10+ years of experience in PM commercial construction including strong knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management , with specific and proven experience in healthcare construction.
- Successfully started and finished, either alone or as part of a team, projects from $15M to $50M.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects, manage budgets/schedules, and supervise diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to motivate under pressure
- Ability to perform site visits and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Design-build or GMP experience
- Proficiency in project accounting, documentation systems, and client relationship management
- Preconstruction, value engineering, and estimator support experience
- Strong knowledge of regulations, codes, and best practices for inpatient acute care hospital projects.
- Prior Healthcare facility or other medical facility construction experience
