Supervisor / Special Projects
As a Special Projects Supervisor with Robertson Construction Services, you will take the lead onsite, ensuring that our unique construction projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. You will be a key player in managing the day-to-day activities of the project, coordinating with team members, subcontractors, and clients to keep things running smoothly.
- Lead On-Site Operations: You will oversee daily activities on construction sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in keeping projects on schedule.
- Ensure Safety Standards: You will enforce safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and make sure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Supervise Crews: Manage and coordinate the work of field crews, ensuring they have the right tools, materials, and direction to do their jobs effectively.
- Schedule Coordination: Make sure that the work is being completed on time by managing project timelines and coordinating the daily activities of subcontractors and internal teams. As the on-the-ground point of contact, you will be quick to identify and solve problems, from unexpected delays to technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to the project.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction work for quality, ensuring it meets Robertson’s high standards and that any issues are quickly addressed.
