Robertson was engaged by the Thomas J. Evans Foundation as the Single Prime General Contractor on the Canal Market Plaza project. The Plaza consisted of new gazebos and restrooms across from renovated Pennsylvania Railroad Station, improvements to the adjacent Second Street Parking Garage, burial of overhead power lines and a brick walkway from the Licking County Courthouse through the market to the Pennsylvania Railroad Station on Walnut Street.
