As the Single Prime General Contractor, Robertson managed the multi-phase office renovation for the Department of Administrative Services. The renovation consisted of selective demolition and hazardous material abatement to facilitate new interior partitions, finishes and plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems in office areas, elevator lobbies and restrooms. We constructed common and private conference rooms and open office space and replaced all existing aluminum exterior windows with new fixed, insulated windows. All renovated space was updated with new communications, security, data, and control systems.
