On the campus of the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center, Robertson built the Horton Building for the Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority. The two-story office and clean room complex was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification by the United States Green Building Council. The facility contains commercial office space and is equipped with an ISO Class 7 clean room and amenities to accommodate up to four additional clean room modules.
