Robertson served as the Construction Manager at Risk on Kramer Elementary in Oxford, Ohio. We successfully negotiated and executed the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment with subcontractor bids within 0.2% of the GMP budget. Upon completion of the new facilities, the old schools were abated and demolished.
The Board of Education had three major tenets for the Kramer project, and they were: On Time, On Budget and High-Quality Construction. All three of these criteria were achieved without exception.
