The Minerva France Elementary School is the first new elementary school to open in the district in twenty years. It was named in honor of the black librarian and former Westerville student, Minerva France, and the design is a tribute to the former Minerva Park Amusement Park with a curved portion of the exterior being inspired by the Park’s Scenic Railway roller-coaster. The New Elementary School contains specialized learning classrooms and will provide opportunities for students to attend schools closer to home.

Robertson has done very well managing the project.  With all the adversity in construction, to be two months ahead of schedule is fantastic.
