Robertson served as the Construction Manager at Risk on the sixth middle school in the Olentangy Local School District, Berlin Middle School. The new building features state-of-the-art classrooms, a gymnasium, cafeteria, and media center. Despite significant challenges throughout the supply chain, Robertson was able to deliver the school ahead of schedule.
