As the new flagship within the Southwest Licking Local School District and part of a $130 million capital improvement and district-wide building program, the New High School offers over fifty classrooms, two gymnasiums, a band room, a 750-seat auditorium equipped with a full-fly stage and a media center. Throughout the preconstruction process we worked closely with the design team and school administration which facilitated a successful Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment negotiation within 1.0% of the estimated cost.
