Key Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry: framing, blocking, trim, doors, hardware, and casework
• Install roofing, soffit, gutters, drywall assemblies, partitions, and ceiling systems
• Read and interpret blueprints; perform layout, measurements, and verification of elevations
• Work with non-wood materials common to commercial construction (e.g., steel, concrete interfaces)
• Operate hand/power tools and aerial lifts safely; follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Support site logistics including material handling, storage, cleanup, and housekeeping
• Use form carpentry techniques for stairs, piers, footers, and columns as needed
• Travel to project sites as required, including occasional overnight travel

Must‑Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years hands-on commercial carpentry experience
• Ability to read drawings and safely operate hand/power tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality; ability to work independently and in teams
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in varying weather, and perform strenuous activity in confined spaces as needed
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass required screenings

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA-10 certification
• Experience with scissor/boom lifts and commercial installations
• Demonstrated competencies in communication, teamwork, and client focus
